Bench your body-weight for reps!
I was curious as to how much I can do since some places have friendly competitions.
I heard that generally above 22 times is very good.
I tried it last week. I stop at 1-2 inches above my sternum. First try with shoulders feeling 85%, 33 reps.
I tried it yesterday with shoulders 90%-my side delts were a little sore. 39 reps! I failed on the 40th. I'm going for 40+ reps next chest day.
I always take things like that with a grain of salt, manlets always end up outcompeting. Still impressive nonetheless
