Ego 05/06 noid

I have been looking for a replacement noid for my 06 ego, with no luck. I understand they are no longer manufactured but is there anywhere that still has them in stock? I've been lurking the b/s/t and ebay, on the reg for about a month, with no real luck. at this point i would buy a broken one just to fix it. So, if anyone has one or could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

That will work if you're willing to mod it a little bit.

You can use an ETEK or EGO8 solenoid as long as you have the proper mainfold. You will need to up the dwell to 13.

It should be the same current as the stock. For mods you would have to remove the black cover that surrounds the wires and crimp on the proper connector.

After doing some research and asking around, that noid would be very tough to use. The in/outlet holes are not on the same side of the noid so use of the manifold is not possible. You could just run the barbs since the ports are tapped but there doesnt appear to be enough room in the frame.

You would need to use the spool body from your existing noid. The back (electronic) half is usually the part that gets broken or wears out.
