I am wondering for those who have shot both guns how they compare. Heck if someone could dig up comparison pics that would be cool.

Seems like the invasion is taller and I wonder if that affects your profile. Also wondering if the hoseless design improves handling any.

What about the trigger, the board, kick from the heavier ram etc.? Any of that make a difference?

As I understand it those are the major differences. Did I miss any?

Anyway just curious what those who have had both think. Should I downgrade? Is it even a downgrade?

It is thicker in front of the trigger guard - that is where the air passage is for the air going to the Cup Seal. Gives appearance of taller.
From the bottom of the grip frame to the top of the feed neck the Invasion is shorter -no enough to matter - but shorter. The bottle adapter is taller - for the air passages, making the Invasion less that 1/4 inch taller.

Guns use same boards, and the Invasion rammer splits the difference in Ram weight between 2010 gun and 2011 gun.

Front grip is now volumizer so with more stored air Invasion shoots at lower firing pressure, similar LPR pressure.
