My Micromag is feeling a little naked without a foregrip!

So I have an old gen 2.5 micromag and I have been scouring the bowels of the internet to find a vertical ASA or a foregrip to fit but have had 0 luck so far. PTP has 0 in stock and wont make any more and I cant find someone to sell me a used one so I think I may try and rig one up myself!

Has anyone here had any experience jerry-rigging something up? I'm looking for some guidance or hopefully some photos to get me started. So far I was thinking about taking a spar mag ASA and grinding a gap for it to slide on the body and drill a hole for the screw but I'm not too sure about my machining skills and getting tht screw lined up with the body's hole.

Thanks guys, open to ANY advice on the subject.

Ok cool. Will these fit the gen 2.5? I heard that the 2000's use a different foregrip? Have any left that match this angled milling?

As far as I know the FG I make will fit this.
