Geo 1 reball help

I recently picked up a Geo 1 with the GR2 kit in it but NOT the GST.It's getting cold out, so i am probably going to play in door reball. How would a Geo 1 without the GST Kit work with reballs? Would it work well or would i have to mess with settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. The reducer allows the fps to go down while keeping the input pressure relatively the same so the gun will cycle.

what is the point of decreasing fps when it comes to reball?

i did not need spacers on mine. fps about 240-230 was not a problem. you have to try your own. every geo kan vary on this issue.
you need to lower fps on reballs mainly because they are lighter (not stable travel when fps approx over 250) and you often play indoors on a smaller field and dont need 290fps..

Some indoor places require lower fps as well

Spacers = fps
St bolt = efficiency, "smoothness" .., and keeps the ball / reball mainly to get stuck in the bolt tip (open bolt + small reballs..)

My geo1 worked perfect without the spacers and the st bolt on reballs.
I got the gst kit, and noticed a difference in the above properties. Efficiency is not the geo1 strong side, so every measure that helps on that is beneficial.

There are many threads on this in this forum. But i recommend you to try yourself first. And i recommend you to get a gst kit cheap somewhere
