Probably the fix for the poppit spring issue that has been happening. They have said that they were testing a fix for it a couple months ago.

Yes there is a fix for this, as Planet has a replacement springless pop-pit assembly. Make sure you gun is registered and give these guys a shout out and they will hook ya up.

So if we have already filled out the warranty info when we bought the marker do we need to do anything else or will they automatically send us the fix or upgrade ?

On a small number of Etha's the Spring in the Firing Poppet has collapsed prematurely. There is a spare Firing Poppet Spring included with every Etha but in a bid to further improve reliability we are currently testing a spring-less version which is what some are referring to in this thread. |
