If you play that at any time and Microsoft catches you they'll perm ban not only your XBL gamertag but most likely your IP and Xbox as well.

They don't **** around with **** like that...pirates and such.

It's not that hard to put up $60 and buy a legit copy of the game, and never have to worry about playing online, ever.

So the mother ****ers gave him a free 2000 MP ($24.99) ... AND told him to come back the next day and he'd get the pre-order codes too...He was literally the next person in line after me (for the raffle ticket AND the computer) I was raging.

They kicked us all out of the warm building at 11:45 and sectioned us into groups. I was group 3, and was in and out with my copy by 12:15.

There were probably around 200-250 people there. A LOT showed up at 11:30 expecting to get their receipts and game at the same time...but they made those people wait until all 12 groups with finalized receipts got their game. Pretty funny to watch them rage about it.

I got mine at 4pm from Gamerz. I walked in, was the only customer there, paid and left.

Finally got to delve into the campaign. Made it about half way through the Reclaimer chapter. So far, it's pretty badass. I also kind of wish they would have told the whole story from Chief's perspective, without pulling away for a cutscene. When they did it in the prologue mission I thought it worked great.

Also, I feel kind of lost as far as the story goes sometimes. I heard that the terminals fill in the gaps, but I don't even know what they look like, let alone where to look for them.

(on the black spot is normally a ball when you haven't found it)


I felt lost at first too. Some things happen and new characters are introduced who are in the books. I guess 343 expected you to read them.

Its not like I traveled to Mordor to get this....my cousin who is a total nerd had like ten copies so he threw one my way. Im just gonna get the privilege of playing through the campaign and everything except online for free so I can decide if I really wanna drop $60 for multiplayer. Judging by the campaign so far i'm definitely going to buy it.

I read the books so I felt my self trying to explain a little bit of it to my roommate but at least reading the books finally paid off for something other than my own interest.

As far as how it plays, its Halo, its balanced for the most part...minus starting with Forerunner guns. Literally the only compliant I have it those ****ers who start with the suppressor. Nothing in the game has made me more mad then running into someone with that. I don't have to to figure out whats going on sometimes. But other than that, I'd say the multiplayer is pretty good.

The whole 'class' system got me but the more I play it the more I like it.

As far as the campaign goes. I love it.

Depends. I knew a guy who had one and he didn't get banned and he was playing online with it (Homefront and a couple other games, no blockbusters). This was like a year ago though and he got ****ed when they updated the dashboard and it didn't work any more. He ended up buy one of those accounts with 10k MSP on it for $50. Apparently there was a credit card still linked to the account he bought, and he used it to buy a game on demand. Karma finally caught up with him and he got gamertag and console banned.

Not sure, but you can find all that in the commendations section when you hit start and go up to your battle record or whatever it's called.

I'm really starting to hate the lack of weapon respawns. I would much rather have the 2-3 minute power weapon respawns than ordinance. No sniper headshot medal or perfection medal irks me a little bit too. As for grenades, I feel like they are kind of useless in this game. You have to have a perk to pick them up from other dead players, and they do waaaay less damage than previous games.

After a while they don't care and stop searching for modded xboxes. Besides, they only do mass raids when big titles come out, for example I lost 3 xboxes when Halo 3 came out. You just have to wait a couple months after they made all of their major sales.
