while playing my marker will stop firing. when i open my nxt shocker i found that my eye strip has ripped. i ordered a new one and 2 weeks later after using the shocker twice the strip tore again.

any ideas?

What kind of trigger are you using? SFT or NXT.

An eye ribbon cannot just "rip" on it's own without some sort of force pulling/cutting on it. What is causing this inside of your body/frame?

it is an nxt octane shocker, and i added a cp rake trigger

i dont know when i open it its just a straight cut does not look like it was a pull so iam not sure. should i post a picture so you guys get an idea?

ive had it for months with no problem but then the strip tore out of no where. added a new strip and on the 2nd week it tore again.

the only changes ive done since then is adding a different board.

The cp trigger is your issue. Cp NXT triggers are notorious for cutting through eye strips.
