Ladies and Gents could use some help

I have basically a brand new geo3 im trying to fix for a friend but the things got me stumped now, it shoots fine the first couple shots but as soon as it kicks into ramp mode the gun looses pressure it seems like and will not cycle al the way through... I hope someone has the answer, I put the stock bolt back in and no Orings were broke and all back to factory settings what do i do next?

since it's brand new, i'd say register the marker for warranty and get it to the next best PE service center. although replacing the battery first is a good idea, especially considering the temperatures this time of the year. also set the solenoid power to "medium" or "high" under "hardware".
