Crossover Trigger Spring

Fellas,

I have been hearing rumors of being able to remove the trigger spring in the Crossover to lighten it up...more like a tournament style trigger. Has anyone tried this yet?

It works BUT.....

It works but I wouldn't recommend it. What I did is use a super light spring from an A5 trigger. I cut a few loops off of it and stretched the spring to match the original spring length. It works soooo much nicer!

I tried a pen spring like I used to do in angels back in the day but it didnt pan out any better than the stock spring so I just removed it and havent looked back since.

Yea I had also tried a pen spring first but those are too stiff. I just had parts laying around from when I had other Tippmanns , i.e. A5 and X7. I personally don't like how loose the trigger feels without a spring, it shakes around to much. But hey thats just me.
