Crossover Reg and ASA

Has anyone tried any on/off ASA's for the Tippmann Crossover? What kind of ASA's does the crossover take?
Also has anyone ran a regulator where the front grip is? Thoughts on that? What would be a good regulator to get for the crossover?
I guess I should have asked this first but is it worth it to run an on/off Asa and regulator on a crossover? Would there be noticeable performance/efficiency/consistency gains?

If I recall the ASA on the Cross-over cannot be changed out for any aftermarket ASA because of the whole air thru grip.

You have to have the adapter plate from tippmann (sucks they charge for it should come stock for the price of the crossover like on a luxe)

I have ran a CP reg and on/off but I noticed nothing performance wise and went back with the original reg and forgrip.

I have a Planet Eclipse POPS ASA and SL3 regulator on mine, and yes you need an adapter plate which like $25 I think. It helps keep the FPS more consistent.
