Exalt and HK's "cleats" are basically sneakers with a different sole pattern, I wouldn't even call them proper cleats.

If you have a little bit of cash buy Nike vapor jets. They are light as they have carbon fiber support. Ankle support isn't bad either. I usually wear an ankle brace on my left ankle as well

Nike Speed TD's.
Football cleat pattern, soccer shoe fit, great heel cup/protection. Toe cup too. Super light, breathable, and FAST.

Sand, dirt, gravel, turf. Awesome.
Only downside is if you come close to mud or puddles of water, your feet will be instantly soaking.

Nike vapor pro TD's has an option of low or mid, very light weight, feel like a soccer cleat, with the benefit of the toe cleat, I just got mine and absolutely love them. First time I wore them was at a tournament, and they were broke in by about the second game.

got my hk shredders through sponsorship, thought i would hate them but they worked pretty well on various turf fields. works great on low cut grass, slips like crazy in tall grass though.
biggest downsides, feel too much like sneakers (prefer a tighter soccer cleat feel) and after 4 months of use, the shredders have fallen apart.
would buy again, but not for retail price though.

You are mistaking the Exalt cleats for something else. The Exalt ones are nothing like sneakers. They have removable golf or stubby soccer style cleats and get excellent traction.

I used to use them all the time on turf. They work real well.

Okay most people don't know that there is different types of spikes. Most people know the sprinter spikes which is the lightest type with no grip on the heel, because you are on the toes the whole time. There is also mid-distance and cross-country spikes which are meant to have the full range of motion from heel to toe. I personally used my old cross-country spikes without spikes in them because they already have a sole meant for different terrain which still works well, the idea I have had is trying to see if golf tips would work or even exalts tips.
