Trilogy pump leaking
Just put it together and its leaking out of the bolt and the pump guide, bought the gun used and never tested it before turning into a pump......any suggestions?

did you cock it first? if it still leaks, check your reg pressure. and if it still leaks, check your valve.

So took it all apart, valve seems fine no dings where it seats against cup seal, but cup seal is hard as a rock with a ring worn into where it seats against valve, o rings were fine, was really dirty in the lower of the body but all cleaned out and re lubed and still leaks.....

Switch out the cup seal then. Also Try screw in the Stuff more, if it's leaking from the pump guide arm, maybe you just didn't screw it in tight enough or use some plumbers tape.

I highly doubt your issue is the cup seal, those things are meant to be hard, it's a high pressure gun. The valve o-ring is a more likely culprit, followed by some oil in the vertical ASA and a few shots.
The pump guide likely needs an oring and/or tightening.

Yeah the brand new o ring that came with the pump guide was crappy and that was the whole problem
