Ok guys.. I have always wanted to completely piece a Shocker together from scratch & I finally have the means of doing it. I have been collecting random Shocker parts for some time, and now I am about to embark on my project.

Here's what I am looking at so far. Please let me know of any input you may have to make this better! & now for the pictures!

The body I am looking at using is this Dynasty SFT ('05 I believe?) It was milled for NXT BB eyes by CS. The body overall is in great shape for it's age!



I am dead set on using this CCM RIP frame on this project. I also have a silver Dynasty SFT frame as well as a normal silver SFT frame. input on my choice of frame will be heard..



For the VA and the regulator I have a black Dynasty VA and a Bob Long 360 Torpedo regulator. I have a couple more VA's and an old school Torpedo regulator as well as a black CP regulator I can use.



For the bolt I will be using a NDZ low pressure spring modded bolt guide, Pooty flat face bolt, with an ultra low pressure firing can. The whole bolt is Pooty except for the bolt sleeve.



I still need to get a rail for the ASA I will be using. I have also contemplated getting the CCM frame milled with a dovetail if that is possible?



These next parts are new replacement parts I will be using as internals. Nothing too special about these really. New noid with upper board, BB NXT eyes, wiring harness, and NDZ stainless steel high flow ported manifold.





I sent a Virtue OLED board I had laying around off to Virtue for repair earlier today, which I will be using on this gun. Once I have decided on all the parts I will be using I am planning on sending this bad boy off to get a clean anno so it really stands out! I will be continually updating this thread as this gem develops! Thanks for looking and anyones input will be heard!

So I already ran into an issue.. The screw hole that the VA screw goes into seems to be stripped... Is there a simple fix to this or am I SOL with that body?

That stripped hole should be an easy fix. if it can't be tapped; you use a helical insert.

I have 2 Shockers i have pieced from scratch. Love em both and were fun to build amd currently working on a shego Dynasty same style and color as yours

I just put a ccm on my waffle, now I have to reconsider selling it.

You can either heli coil the body. Or drill and tap the body to use an NXT va which might even give you some room between the reg and trigger guard for macro fitting to hide in.

Cs900 but he's very busy and has months worth of backed up work to my knowledge. ATLballaz might have able to do it aswell.

I'm talking with Cs900 about fixing this. I will most likely be getting the SFT threads fixed as well as putting NXT VA threads on as well!

Have a couple questions for you.......

I was considering the BL 360 reg also, but realized that it's min psi operation is 200 psi. If you decide to go with a LP set up, how does the reg affect performance since it's limited to 200 psi?

My body was milled for BB eyes also, but from my experience, I am having a hard time fitting the NXT break beam eyes through the side that was modded. It seems as thought the opening was drilled to fit the custom eyes Speed uses only. If you have tips on how to fit it through, that would be great. I've tried Virtue eyes also.

BL360 regulators I have (2 of them) both are adjustable from around 100psi to well over 200psi.. Not sure where you're getting your numbers from?

The 360 makes an excellent choice for any electronic gun because it has one of the fastest and most consistent recharge rates on the market, without being terribly pricey or ugly. Love mine.
