It was audio, he had some open line thing where the topic was FEMA camps and people who have seen them. I told the screen person I lived in GA and have seen the FEMA coffins (that part is true, they're right down in Covington). He was pretty mild mannered in the introduction, wasn't overbearing as I expected. I only lasted about 15 seconds or so, started off real slow, then went full retard, and I can mimic his voice perfectly. I'll see if my friend has the recording still.
