Gonna save Bill some time with this one, it explains in the manual how to change the BPS.

In the menu there is a MAX ROF and an OFF ROF. You should set them both to 10BPS.

No, it is not rebuildable. What is the issue? It is very rare to blow one of that year.

I have a teammates ego 11. It will not fire above 280. I have cleaned and relubed everything. Noids are at 10/10. The board is reset at factory lpr and hpr flush. Anything i am missing?

Most velocity issues with the EGO11 are either with the battery or the HPR seal.
I would change the battery regardless what the meter reads.
Open the HPR adjuster piston and flip over the black seal.

It has a fresh battery, plus he has had this issue for a year. I just switched out the seal and we will find out tonight.

Posting this here since it seems to be a better place:
Greetings.
I went outside today to play with my LPR HPR solenoid and dwel settings because that's just how i am.
Everything acted as expected. i'm a little unfamiliar with the LPR in these guns and it seemed to be very non-touchy. I lowered my dwell until i saw a drop in FPS and then raised it .5ms and left it there.
My solenoid is at 2-7
I was pretty consistent for using crap paint. But i couldn't get my gun to chrono over 260-270 becuase even a 1/4th turn of my HPR in the + direction caused it to vent out the side. when i returned it back down the 1/4th turn it would stop venting.
I should note that i'm using a 450psi output crossfire tank and it was around 45 degrees F out.
Any ideas? gun shot nice just couldn't get it up to 300 without the HPR venting.
thanks,
Scott

I would start by uping your dwell by 1ms.
I would change the battery regardless what the meter reads.
Open the HPR adjuster piston and flip over the black seal.

Sounds like you may have nicked the face of your valve guide body when installing the valve poppit. Take it out again and see if the sealing face has any flaws.

dart bolt
I recently installed a dart bolt in my ego 11. My consistency is out of whack. Can I get an idea of dwell, lpr turns in and hpr that has produced the best consistency. What also should my solenoid settings.

Okay. I have an Ego10 that is my baby. I like it more then my 11.
But recently my screen stopped working. Over a 3 day period the pixels on the screen just started getting dimmer and dimmer to the point where you just can't see them.
The back light still works.
The marker works great and im thankfull that i had it locked in tournament mode.
I cleaned the marker and checked the connections.
It pretty much seems like it would need a new screen. Is that puasable?
I know the boards are rather expensive, but is it possible to replace just the screen at a low cost?

Is there anyway to buy a replacement solenoid for an 06 ego, or way to fix it? Or am I going to have to sell a perfectly good gun because I cannot find a solenoid...

Unless you installed it upside down, it has to be either the valve guide face, poppit valve or the orings on the guide itself.
