So I have a phantom and am looking to install an undercocking kit. My question is which are the betters ones out there? I know it boils to personal preference, but which ones are the top 3 out there?( most used/sold) Want to make sure I'm spending my $ on something good and not junk.

CCI, Rainman, punisher.

CCI will be your simplest and most affordable.

Rainmain UC kit has a CCM pump handle and is super smooth.

Punisher has only a handful out and expect to pay out the nose for one.
