I love the price of airsoft! i wish ammo was as cheap in paintball as airsoft! i know it would be crappy stuff but just a what if....

- Milsim- more fun..
- 400rd mags etc../unlimited BBs.. its ayt.. not realistic..
- ACU/Speedball - fun.. but, it only good if you have a group/team. lolz

Paintball.
- Speedball- More Fun..
- Scenario Games..- not as fun as speedball..
- Milsim- ?

so it depends on whats your game style..

It really just comes down to the player and what appeals to them.
Airsoft
Pros:
Cheaper
Can be more realistic
Not as much upkeep on the gun
Etc.
Cons:
Easier to cheat
Not as fun(opinion)
Not as organized

I really did enjoy paintball more. But I get to obsess with guns and upgrades, and still get to shoot people on my budget. Working class is tough, but I still get my fix.

While I still do like airsoft, I've found that paintball is just more "accessible," to me, any of my family that wants to play, and others I've met.

And, from what I've seen, you don't have the military-wanna-be types in p-ball (could be wrong about this though due to limited exposure to the sport so far) who just drive me nuts as I've been in the Reserves since '96 and frankly don't want any more "military," than what I do / have done already.

I play both airsoft and paintball. I like paintball better because alot harder to cheat to me it a little bit of a challenge and to me airsoft I would just go play in my back yard.

There is much more messing around with airsoft guns. Nobody wants paint flying around their house, yard, or neighbor's property. With airsoft, a stray shot here and there won't have any consequences. If it were paintballs even one stray shot could wind up on something and get people very angry. Nobody notices little airspft pellets

Also, paintball guns are loud. I don't care what kind of gun you have, they just won't be as quiet as a good airsoft gun. I have played both paintball and airspdt for about 7 years now, and I have very rarely been able to use a paintball gun in my yard.
