As obama said himself,

Maybe he meant $4 trillion is unpatriotic, but that $6 trillion is fine.

This is exactly why nobody takes you seriously. I'M not the one worried about the debt. YOU brought it up.

If you're so concerned, don't you think you should/would be able to point out specifically what it is that drove this debt and why it's so bad? Don't you think it's important, as a debater, to be able to support your positions with concrete evidence and facts?

You can't because you're a short-sighted lemming who doesn't care for details, statistics, reason, logic, or factual numbers to support your claims. You are the proverbial charicature of this forum, and thus its punching bag as well.

You have nothing more than talking points from right wing blogs and YouTube videos to support your claims, which is utter bull**** to anybody who has received a proper education and knows what it means to have to defend their point of view.

Grow the **** up.

There is no point in arguing with that kid. The quicker everyone leaves him alone the quicker he'll leave.

It would be even better if the entire country was unemployed and on welfare. The safety net would be super working at that point right?

Yep. And funny how people think debt held by the public increasing as a percentage is bad.

Looks like you get quite angry when you're confronted with the truth, served by your savior obama himself.

logic like this is what's wrong with america

how about this, if you don't pay federal taxes then shut your pie hole when it comes to what others pay because obviously you don't have a horse in the race.

What an absurd assertion. If Mitt was buying prostitutes and hunting them, can I not have a say because I don't have a horse in that race either (because I am in fact not a prostitute)? You don't have to pay taxes to understand that someone making millions of dollars shouldn't pay a lower percentage than someone making 10s of thousands. It's either morally right or wrong. My taxes have nothing to do with it.

Can you agree that we shouldn't be mad at the man but we should be mad at the system? Everyone is Romney this and Romney that. The system allows that to happen. I'm not sticking up for him, I'm just saying there is something else to blame.

^agreed, mitt romney is no dolt and i wouldnt pay more than i owed either.

that being said, the problem i have with him is that he thinks the amount he pays is reasonable. even ronald reagan wanted to treat capital gains more like income. its pointless to bring up reagan to conservatives anymore though.

Actually he did just that, though it was done to doctor up his records and will probably be fixed later.
