The Dye CF will be more resistant to scratching due to the steel/aluminum internal finishes. This will help the barrel keep good accuracey and efficiency longer. Out of the box they will both be as accurate. As the others have stated, the paint is above and beyond the bigger factor.

To be more helpful and not such a dick, I would suggest looking at the Sly Diesel and the Deadly Winds Fibur barrel if you have to have a carbon fiber barrel.
Also, the Dye Carbon Fiber Boom Stick is really just a steel barrel wrapped in carbon fiber with an aluminum tip, the Stiffi is an all carbon fiber barrel, the Sly is an aluminum back with a carbon fiber tip, and the Deadly Wind Fibur is an all carbon fiber barrel that takes Freak inserts (aluminum or steel).

Check out the Deadly Winds fibur as well. I'm pretty sure it's a bit cheaper than the others, and takes Freak inserts. You can get a few inserts you need for cheap.
