Need some opinion's on what barrel to get

Alright, I have the Proto Rail 11' and looking at a new barrel for it.

The ANS XE 2 piece barrel with a .688 diameter

You can't go wrong with a CP barrel. I'd save $10 and get the standard 1pc over the Advantage. Go with a .685 if you live in a dry area, or a .689 if you deal with a lot of humidity.

Of course, the Proto barrels are just as good and come stock/run about the same price.

If u have the money id get the critical 100g. I have one for my rail .684 bore and shoots ropes

No, it's not the same as a Dye UL or "Proto" UL, why would you even say that????

the stock proto barrel is a 1 piece 11" barrel which has a decent hone on it, and is a decent stock barrel.

See the above posts for a new barrel. the ans will not give you an improvement, neither will the CP. The only reason to upgrade at all is because you prefer a 14" or 16" etc, or want to match bore to paint size.

Go something small like a .685 for small paint having a .690 and buying a .688 wont be worth it. If your field is FPO then find the bore and go from there. I'd try to over bore if its field paint. Over boring handles ****ty paint better.
