The idea of a drill working exclusively on audible communication is nice, but I don't think this would be very effective. Just my opinion, though.

Dodge ball 1v1 stand 40 feet away and take turns one balking each other to watch the paint coming at u. Can only move one leg but u can crouch and dip to the side helps a lot
