Pump Help

I literally have no idea what pump this is. I think it's an older CCM but I can't be 100% sure on that. Not only do I have no idea what it is, it doesn't entirely work. The pump stroke is quite heavy without air, but when it's aired up its almost impossible to pump. It shoots but it's almost impossible to pump. Most pumps I've shot are really smooth, this pump takes around 10-12 lbs of force to make it work. It's insane.

it looks like a CCI phantom. if you're looking to get rid of it, let me know.

I'd like to fix it and sell it to get more out of it if that's possible, but PM me with an offer and we'll talk.

have you cleaned and lubed the internals? phantoms are very simple markers, a rebuild might just be the solution to your problems. Nelson valve and automags won't cock unless there it's air in the system. if using HPA, make sure that the tank's output is at least 850psi.

It is an old CCI phantom.

You have everything in the picture but the TPC...which acts as an anti kink when pumping it. Without that part you wont be able to adjust the velocity and the main spring will kink badly making the pump stroke very heavy and rough. The TPC screws into the bolt from the back, and sticks out far enough that the Power tube will end just inside it.

You can get a new TPC easy enough from CCI.

Once you get it up and running properly you should be able to sell it for about $150 on the high end...The miss matched parts, M16 frame, and back bottle all work against you...

Oh wow thanks! Yeah I have no experience with CCI or pumps for that matter, but I got it in a trade for about $30 cash value and it would be great to get it up and running! Thanks

Call Mike at Phantom (503)554-8095 and order part # 20 Tuning Port Compensator.

Read sticky on smoothing phantom pump stroke

Even toothpaste can be used to polish the hammer and bolt. Make sure to clean it up or it gets sticky.
