Looking for feedback from people that have used a Proto Reflex Rail 2012. Looking for specific stuff such as:

1. Comparison to Invert Mini in performance, maintenence, reliability, programming.

2. General performance, maintenance, reliability, programming.

3. Comparisons to all guns welcome as well.

4. Looking to buy one, need all the feedback I can get! Hit it up

i have 2011, so i can tell you this

it shoots better than a mini, just as easy to clean as a mini, reliable if you take good care of it, programming i have no idea.

it is a fairly nice gun, usable in tourny's but if youre serious, get something more higher end.

1. I have no experience with a Mini but I can tell you, the gun performs amazing after it is broken in. It is quiet, and pretty damn accurate. Maintenance is on par with any spoolie, lots of orings and such, just pull out the bolt, clean and relube. Pull out the eye pipe and clean that. Good to go. *note i found out recently that you should not lube the 2 green o rings on the back cap due to it could loosen during play.

3 The gun is great for the price to be honest, it gets the job done. I plan on upgrading around Christmas and will my Reflex as a backup gun.

I recommend it highly for the price point.

We run 2 minis, an axe, and 2 reflex on our 3 man team.
Performance- id say they are on par with each other with the reflex being a little higher
Maintenance- If you keep up with both regularly then you wont have a problem with either. just do the normal clean and relube. (the mini guys have said something about not have oiled it in a while, not sure what that is about)
Reliability- reflex get this one unless you get a v3+ mini
Programming- they are equal, count the blinks
