It comes out tuesday, probably gonna get it. Still not excited though...
If I just watch the ending cutscenes from Brotherhood and Revelations, will I be pretty much caught up. Or are there things that happen in the middle that might be important.

Just a heads up to everyone, I've heard that you should NOT watch any trailers or videos of this game that come out today. I guess the official launch trailer contains a big spoiler.

planned on going to gamestop tonight to pay for it and then just pick it up after work tomorrow. didn't happen.
oh well, so i miss out on the random level/weapon with the preorder. i'll still pick it up tomorrow, but i won't really have time to sit down and fully get into it until the weekend. damn work.

I've played through the intro portion so far (sequence 4 I think?) and I'm only rating the game as OK right now because I've encountered quite a few bugs. Im on the 360 and I've just had some weird glitches that make me go wtf sometimes. For instance, I assassinated a guard and as soon as I did three more guards spawned right in front of me and started attacking me (when one of the full sync objectives was to be undetected)

It's definitely got some issues. Bugs and major frame rate drops in places. Not to mention the problems the series has always had, like imprecise climbing/free running. Can I just say, **** those ****ing almanac pages. So frustrating to be chasing one and your character climbing or running off a place you didn't mean to, then losing the page. |
