Well, I know this game might be kind of dead, but my friends and I play it a lot, so naturally, I want to be able to shoot the fastest

Firstly, no hacks. Just a little FAR-type program and a little trick I found with the Phantom.
Secondly, keep in mind that the default max ROF is only 1.6bps.



The only things used to obtain this ROF were:
A custom rapidfire program (FAR-esque, but more perfectly timed.)
And a clever in-game bind that I wrote.

Anyway, the speed only hits 3.5 occasionally, and any FPS drop will break the speed.
I can get 3.2 consistently though
