I just reviewed the bolt of the NT10 and it's nearly identical to the NT11 bolt, with the exception of the inserts.

Try replacing those bolt o-rings and if that doesn't work, lower the dwell.

Wish mine did the same... Took it to dye twice the first time they couldnt tell me what the actually did... same exact issue, took it back the second time, they blamed it on the board, which was 2 weeks old, tried to charge me for the board i told them no way and it wasnt the issue, long story short dye ****ed me and I still have the same issue.

try using some special lube i like to call the Strictly Paintball Gun lube. you will see a reduction in kick, increase in efficiency by at least 1 pod, and more consistency in velocity fluctuation ( we tested dye matric and NT markers to be around +-2 fps change per shot and in ropes). also helps with any bolt friction. put enough on that it looks lubed but not too much that it looks like a mess. a little goes a long way with this stuff. Also, make sure you arent pushing lube into any of the air holes on the bolt assembly.
