I went in there even though I do not play airsoft (Paintball) because i needed some new knee pads. There is 10% off advertisements all over the store if you check into FB which I clearly stated to my wife during a conversation with a salesman. I forgot to mention this deal while check out and did not notice it until I got home. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and he said that they could not honor it since the purchase was made. WTF??? Called again to cancel my online order I placed and the associate stated that it was going to be cancelled, then I ask for a confirmation which he place me on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to hang up and called 10 minutes later and John said that they ca not cancel the order because all sales are final according to their store policy. Screw this place!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are friendly and respectful when you are buying but are #$%^& when you want to cancel or exchange anything (because of their "store policy').
I don't know why customers keep these guys in business? Stop buying from them so they can show appreciations towards their customers...

I hate it when that happens. I'm sorry bro. Airsoft Megastore advertises falsely sometimes. My friend doesn't go there anymore because of that.

Back when I loved airsoft I bought a JG dragunov or something from airsoft megastore and when it came in and i put the battery in the thing just straight up didnt work. We contacted them and said they would take it back and try to fix it...it came back a week later, nothing changed on it and they wouldnt give us a refund or exchange it.

You have to be careful with airsoft megastore, i dont think they test anything before they send it out. They sent a friend of mine an m4 with shredded wiring, which is not normal haha. I personally have had nothing but great experiences with GI but i cant say the same about Evike. I guess theyre off their game sometimes man, raw deal

Zackattack93 (sorry don't know how to quote people) but I agree with your megastore comment, I purchased an m4 and when I pull it out of the box its got deep scratches in it? But shredded wires? Common.....surely they can do better
