What is it that you want to do?
It all depends where your going to do it and how deep.

Theres not alot of material left on most newer guns, any milling that you get done would likely be minimal
Assuming you could find someone willing to design a pattern for you, design fixturing, and perform the operations for you its probably going to be a hassle. But in the end its about what you want

if you send me a geo and a luxe plus a little bit of cash I will machine the innerds of the luxe to accept the innerds from the geo so you can have a geo in a luxe body...
disclaimer: you minght notice that your geo-luxe performs more like a luxe and nothing like a geo. this is normal. also you will notice that the geo mechanism inside the luxe has been skillfully modified to look exactly like luxe internals

Like stated before theres not enough material ledt to really work with. at most you might be able to mill down some edges, rounding them off. But thats probably it.

Get a file and have some fun. Then sand it down, close to a polish finish, and send it to an anno shop.

If I were you, I would keep it the way it is in risk of messing it up. The milling on the geo already looks great

Get a good set of calipers and a copy of a 3D design program like Solidworks and recreate the body of the geo on your program. Then you can do designs that can be milled out and send the file to a cad/cam program and mill it. Thats what I'd do.
