I voted 16 and younger. However, I was torn between 14 and under and 16. I've played regular tournaments with kids that young and younger, and to be honest, we pretty much rolled them. Especially the teams with kids younger than 15. They just seemed to be getting started and just learning the ropes, so it really wasn't right for all the older teams to beat up on them. Sure, there are pretty experienced 16 year olds, but for the most part, the ones we played against didn't seem tournament "ripened", to coin a phrase, yet.

But i think a young gun is anyone under the age of 16 or any age when the parents still pay for everything!

I say 15 and under but i dont believe skill has anything to do with being a young gun. i know 14 year olds on Professional teams.

honestly i think its a combo between age skill level and how long you have been a player some people may disagree and say how long they have been a tournament player.
