Soft ears on vents

Wanting to add some soft ears to my vents. Guessing the e-vent ears would work the best right? Pretty much the same mask but i also have flex ears a thought. Anyone done this personally? Tips? Would it even be worth doing?

flex ears are smaller then event soft ears. I used my event soft ears on my e-flex and it don't cover the ears completely. Probably flex ears will be too small
