We purchased 900' of Alpha's premium T/G netting in Spring of this year from Lee. We went with the premium in hopes of getting more life out of the netting. I had many conversations with Lee as I was concerned after reading the bad reviews here. Lee went out of his way for us and made a difficult shipping deadline. The netting has held up great. We are 100% satisfied with the product and customer service.
Well there was 45 minutes of reading I may not have had to do. Thank God some companies care enough to communicate and wade through the mud of angsty customers to ensure their product is successful.
I do not like to take business away from other businesses but I would highly suggest going with K-Pro and pay the extra dollar. I have made purchases through KEE, American Paintball Supply, Alpha and K-pro. K-pro is the only netting which has lasted and withstands strong winds. Plus they fabricate to your needs. The netting you are purchasing from companies like this are actually made for the construction industry to catch debris and falls. The stuff is all the same and comes from China. Paintball netting to me is one of the top 5 needs for a field and an area I do not suggest being skimpy.
As for my experience with paintballnetting/Alpha, I understand your a small business like the most of us and trying to survive. But my experience was not well. You took our money. We waited over a month to finally have someone answer after we left messages about taking legal action and filing a charge back. I believe at the time you were out of hybrid netting. I understand you didnt want to loose the sale but it made several of my days wasted trying to get my money back which you did finally return.

PaintballDelivery – I am going to shoot you a PM. I went through our database and could not find you listed. If there was an order issue in the past I want to do the same thing I have done for everyone else and address what happened and solve it. An order give to us should never come to the point where a customer feels the need to file a chargeback.
Also just to let you know all of our netting is US made and is designed for the sport. We don’t use construction/debris netting or import from China. I am aware a lot of companies are doing this now but it is just not safe and near impossible to monitor quality.
