So, I re-read the "achievement" a few times just to make sure, and I am still not being awarded the BST Badge or perks.

Checked my paypal and subscription is still valid, and all requirements have been met.

Any ideas? (Yes I cleared my cache and all that jazz)

This is usually because the paypal account is not is not confirmed/verified. Take a couple minutes to read through the BST FAQ to make sure you are doing things correctly.

Oh and it is confirmed/verified, I received the auto email saying thanks and all that good stuff. And it doesn't let me "repurchase" the BST. No worries though. Just figured I would check.

Okay still a no-go. I have the confirmation number an all for you. Also, re-read the BST legit FAQ again and yep I met all the criteria for the BST Legit.

It might be now, but it wasn't then. You should be able to resubscribe if it is now.

Okay that's probably why, I confirmed it within minutes of the email saying it wasn't. And I already did resubscribe but still no luck. And the confirmation number, was from when it was confirmed. Thanks!
