tips to start getting in shape
I see a lot of tips about excersices to do to get in shape for paintball ... however my question is more how to start ... alot of these excersizes are things that i cannot do alot of ... i just stopped smoking to get in better shape and alot of sprints and things like that are tough for me to do ... are there any tips to get into shape when not in shape without feeling like you have to be able to do sprints or run for an hour ... i try these exersises but after a shorter amount of time i have to take a break or pass out ... i guess my question is how do you start getting in shape and getting yoursel to the point of doing these tough hard workouts that i want to be able to do ... not sure i that made any sense but if you get what im trying to say then any help would be greatly appretiated ... thanks

c25k.com for being able to run better
&
sprints
you dont have to kill yourself doing sprints for them to be successful homie, just gotta know how to structure them for them to be properly effective
and a good way to kick start you getting in shape is to make changes to your diet:
- cut back on fast food
- drink more water
- eat more fiber
- eat lean meat
- eat more fruits and veggies
just to name a few tips

Baby steps.. Start with Interval training.. Fast walk for 2 minutes then run for 30 seconds.. Repeat for 25 minutes. When this becomes easy extend the run periods and total time to 45 minutes. Eventually your lungs will come around and you'll get your wind back. If you don't wanna try this then P90x is the way to go. Basically this is all an opinion, there are many ways to get into shape..
I do HIIT training for 45 minutes everyday after weight training for an average of an hour. Lost 35lbs so far and have shaved minutes of my 1 1/2 mile run times. For a backman playing xball I gotta be quick and its working.. Give it a shot.. Also try bodybuilding.com, they have thousands of training programs on that site..

Don't start too hard. Cycling and swimming are good and easy (inexpensive too) way to start your healthier life.

To get your body in shape you should do some cardio exercises such as jogging, running, cycling, swimming, and push ups etc. along with weight workouts routine.
Also follow a strict diet plan to burn the fat and lose excess body weight, don't take more junk and fast foods in your diet.
