Just wondering, does silver spur have a "home" team? Also I will be heading down to Vincennes in the fall and I would enjoy getting a team started and I will be looking for a new home field.

I am going up Saturday to put up the PSP field. Anybody that wants to come up and help would be welcome. It will stay up til weather turns pretty cold.

Until now nobody has really commited to fix the field and set it up.
Everybody is welcome to come and play
Volunteers are also welcome and needed to help setup and maintain the field.
Those that come up and help setup the field will have input on the field layout. If know one helps then I choose the field layout and all the haters can stay home.

When school starts up again I'd be willing to help out around the place. I can be there just about every weekend.

Definitely come out . Have you had a chance to come out to play at the field?
If not, I recommend getting to know Pops a little and make sure he knows that you want to help out. Some weekends he has big groups and really appreciates the extra help reffing or getting the markers chrono'd. You don't have to offer help everytime you show up. Pops wants us to come up and play as well.

No, I haven't had a chance to play there yet. Like i said though. I can be there pretty often this year, so I'll get to know everyone and we'll see what happens from there.

I'd like to help when I can though, otherwise I'll be playing.

PSP field is up and can be played on. Pops only rules are field paint only on the PSP field, and obviously no climbing on the bunkers and no metal cleats. Buying paint at the field includes field fee and all day compressed air. Thanks to everyone that helped . I think there may only be one bunker that has to be patched . We played til 6 and one bunker needed some air at the end of day. If it is not fixed by next time I go up I will take care of it. I took a few photos of the field and I will try to post them soon.

Thanks to the guys from USI that came out yesterday. We had a great time.

Good to hear from you. one of your guys came up and played last Saturday. i forgot his name. Bunkers are staked down, Some may need a little air. pop's can help with that if I a m not able to make it up. It would be great to play with you guys plus it's been a while since we've talked. It's been pretty slow with experienced players.
