Pinokio Won't Stop Spinning!

So I went to the field today, and when I got home from practice, I noticed I had broken paint in my hopper. I swabbed out the hopper like normal, I then preceded to wipe the hopper out with a damp rag and put it in front of a fan to dry. After drying, I put the batteries back in the hopper and turned it back on. Here's where the problem starts. Normally a Pinokio stops spinning shortly after you turn it on, mine didn't. It spins until you pull the bend sensor down with your finger. When you let the sensor go, the hopper starts spinning again. I don't know what to do. I would love to avoid having to ship the hopper off, but if it comes to that I will.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like you are describing the normal operation of a pinnokio hopper. It will continue to spin if you do not have paint inside...the paint pushes the tab down and tells the hopper is can stop spinning

You have it backwards. It doesn't spin till the tab is bent.

Normally when you turn the hopper on, it spins just enough to push paint down into the gun and stops. Then the paddles spin when the tab is bent. Mine is spinning when it's not bent.

Try taking it all apart, And drying the board out good. Disconnect the wires and all. It might have been "confused" as it has the backwards normal opperation.

O ok, i see. With that being said id disconnect the sensor from the board, let it dry out longer, re-connect everything and retest.

keep us posted!

If that doesn't work, the bend sensor is probably toast, contact pinokio and they're great with sending replacements.

Thanks to everyone! My baby is fixed! I took it apart and disconnected everything. After reassembly it worked perfect!
