Not a chance in hell. I'm not a big Rotor fan anyway, probably wouldn't trade one of my project Spyders for one. Well, maybe, but then I'd have to trade the Rotor off.

Weird crap going down at work. When did doing things the right way become too hard, and doing things to the edge of liability become the accepted way? The fact that this is about real estate should scare the hell out of everyone who ever wants to own property.
