So recently my gauge blew on my ion and I wanted to just remove it completely without replacing it with a new one, what would you guys suggest that I do to cover the pressure gauge opening after I remove the gauge from the frame so it would not leak.

You can get a 1/8" NPT plug. It's basically a threaded chunk of metal with an allen key head.

I'd suggest a black oxide plug, they blend in with the frame finish better. Or get creative, i've seen various types of plugs & screws that are properly threaded.

1/8" NPT plug ...dust black, a little blue loctite (haters please hate the blue loctite) and you are good to go
