at the moment im using a ninja 48/3000. if i remove some shims from the tank regulator to lower the pressure from the stock 800psi (i believe its around 800, i may be wrong) would doing this have a benefit to air efficiency?. i heard the etha can run on medium to high pressure.

It may, but not enough to be noticeable.

It's not going to increase efficiency. It may reduce the wear on the HPR a tiny amount. Keep in mind that for the Etha to operate properly you need a tank output of >450 psi.

I use an ninja pro550 68/4500 and I get about 8-9 pod
