Hey PBNation,
I have a Select-Fire Framed WGP Superstock and its eye isn't functioning at all. If you're familiar with the Select Fire Frame, the eye shuts off after not detecting a ball and allows the marker to shoot fast. My eye kept shutting off, even when I was just clicking the noid with no air or paint involved. The eye just never thinks that its being blocked, even when the bolt is in the way. I replaced the eye with a good one from Planet Eclipse and nothing has changed. Could something be wrong with the board? Is the eye not compatible? Anyone have this problem before? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

so it turns off even when you have air and you're shooting paint through it?

the eyes are swappable between ones that come with the eclipse and the ones that come from WGP

In case you haven't tried it yet, replace the battery. The SF frames do all sorts of weird stuff on low power.

I've replaced the battery. Would it make any difference whether or not the gun had paint and air? Using my finger in the breech is a pretty solid method to determine whether or not the eyes are working. the eye is also sensing an empty breech even when the bolt is in the way.

The eye needs to see a fluctuation in voltage to determine if there is anything going on. Just blocking it doesnt tell it anything.
It needs to see 'closed breach/open breach/closed breach' for it to look for paint. If there is no change in voltage the board assumes there is a malfunction.

how can i make that happen? is it possible to test without air or paint?
