All I use is USPS priority and all flat rate boxes, unless something is too big to fit (like the Luxe case) it's only like 12 bucks with tracking. If you use their online shipping system to print your own labels you save money too, tracking is free etc.

No, if it bulges they legally aren't supposed to send it. I know the lady's at my local USPS fairly well 100+ trades in, and they don't let me slide cause' they get yelled at for it. I smile ALL DA TYME!

USPS changed the size of their flat rate boxes about a year ago, luxe cases used to fit in the thin, long medium boxes, but they shrunk the box a bit.
The large boxes do fit the case, but they bulge a bit. I've never had a problem shipping them though

O-ring ended up being a 1.00mm X 1.00mm o-ring. Apparently it was so tiny I didn't even see that it actually WAS in there. Thats what I get for doing maintenance without my contacts in.

Yeppers I do notice a lot of air escaping out of the sides of the marker when firing. Its not so much the backcap as it is between the grip frame and the top. My FPS seems fine so far without a chorno. I am running 4.5 turns in on the manifold screw and FT in with stock bolt. Relubbed the bolt got my dwell at 14 with a ABS of 10 with a timer of 4 and it seems to not be sticking at all. Let it sit for 20 minutes between shots with no problem.
Guess going to the field tomorrow will be the only way to tell if its up to par. Not gonna be cold enough to really test it but we will see.
