Sandanausa.com lost order?

I ordered a sandana over a month ago, and its still not arrived yet. Has this happened to anyone else?

I guess my hope is that some representative for them browses this forum.

If you want a Sandana, just order it from ANS. At least you know it'll get shipped.

Contact them directly. Call them. I have seen where people have ordered from them, and not gotten anything for a while, called them, and the owner actually answered the phone and not only personally shipped their stuff, but gave them a bit extra for good measure.

I have had plenty of problems with them. Look at their Facebook page and look at the wall posts. You will find plenty more in the same boat. Sad, really.

Yeah it took me over a month to get my order, and they wouldn't even expedite the shipping for me. They would also blatantly lie and tell me my order was shipped when it wasn't. Just no excuses, be honest instead of giving the customer the run around. Its like first grade business. Really grinds my gears, since I work in a customer service position, fixing and building computers.

Calling them worked, I got an email back within 12 hours asking for a confirmation on the address...hopefully this is it.

Keeping the paypal dispute open til I get it though, can't be too careful.

I've dealt with ANS a lot, and my shipments always get here. The only time something went wrong was when they didn't have the pods I wanted in stock. Their CS telephoned AND e-mailed me to let me know. I got them removed from my order, and my paypal was refunded quickly.

I've never had a bad experience with ANS, and I live in Canada.

I have never had a problem with ANS either.
