I think you are missing what I was trying to do here, I'm not trying to get really big or squat 500...i think those are impressive goals but they are not mine...I simply want to lean up and get faster, this is to improve my fitness for paintball
edit: there are trainers at this gym that I would employ over Brian if my goals were to get my lifts up and put on size
my stats as of now 6'2 220 16.6% bf...I don't have any other metrics to go off of but i will post my progress
