Long-time Dye owner, shooter, and moonlight tech here. Congrats to Dye on bringing to market a very visually appealing product. I also like that this new model seems to bring innovation to Dye's mainstream product line.
During the early years of the DM line...from the original Matrix to the DM4 to the DM5, each successive iteration brought HUGE improvements over the prior years. My personal fav is still the DM7, which I consider the high water mark. Since the DM7, my view (and this is just one man's opinion) is that Dye has been holding the MSRP high and making iterative "window dressing" improvements that largely involve color choices and anodizing.
I don't know the statistics regarding market share, but it really seems to me that Eclipse has been eating Dye's lunch with the Geo (and Ego). Glad to see Dye clawing back because I think options are valuable and competition is good. New models like this are infinitely more attractive to me than making the DM13 the same as the DM12 with just slightly different body milling. If I were Dye, I'd price this beast lower than expected and try to accelerate sales...the margins may be lower, but the elasticity of demand for new markers cannot be ignored when Geo2's in tactical colors are selling for $650 used...

That thing looks great, just hoping it's not a Rail in Tactical clothing. (or if it is, the price point reflects that.)
Will buy if 600 or less, But we all know it's probably more.

600 ??? I wish...
The NT is a very simple gun... but look at it's price... now imagine a NT with all the features of the DAM... oh yeah...
