Most lifters try to stright leg stand an then pull with all back...
Seeing as the USPLA 308 multiply American record deadlift is 710* (raw 700**, single ply 827***), and a "Ben Pakulski USPLA" Google search turns up nothing, I will call shens.
Also, 290 isn't SHW n00b.
