*** gotta stay low,,,,Break your lift into 3 parts
1st parts of lift is using lower back,,,As you break your knees start to strighten out hams,Pulling now with shoulders,As you break the top of knee Mid thigh you pull up on shoulders an stand..

Most lifters try to stright leg stand an then pull with all back...

Seeing as the USPLA 308 multiply American record deadlift is 710* (raw 700**, single ply 827***), and a "Ben Pakulski USPLA" Google search turns up nothing, I will call shens.

Also, 290 isn't SHW n00b.

Ben P is a pro bb'er. He was just using that as a reference. I was about to say, SHW isn't 290 and above. Plus, can you even get 835 in kg's? I thought it was 837lbs. Someone pulling that much should know what Angus said as far as finding what leverage works for you.

Many federations have .5 and even .25kg plates, solely for breaking national and world records. 835/2.2 is 379.5, so the math is believable. But seeing as that lift would be a record in USAPL no matter if it's raw or equipped, and the name isn't in the record books, I'm saying this is some mildly retarded kid who figured out how to use a keyboard.
