Can anyone suggest a way to leverage a response out of these guys? I haven't heard from them in like a week, and all calls and PMs are being ignored. I can't get anyone at their shop ever, and I have Getbunkrd's number which also i never get a response from.
They have had my marker since forever, and I'm practically one step away from getting some legal action going. I want to work this out without that, but christ, I'm at the end of my leash with these guys.

Maybe call from a private or restricted number? They totally ignored my attempts to contact them for weeks. If your dealings with them originated from a PbNation thread try leaving them negative feedback.

They did my ego 11 I gave them the business since they are local.
They screwed up the color, so it had to be re-done. What pissed me off was that I wanted something very particular and was assured that they could do that. I wanted a dark navy blue base with cyan splash and gold splash.
I got a picture of dark blue body with navy splash and a gold splash.
So they had to re-do it, then they tell me they can't ****ing do the colors I wanted so I had to compromise on what I wanted. So the gun came out gun metal, cyan and gold. It looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted.
They missed deadline after deadline, never even bothered to apologize about the delay or not doing it right when I picked it up. I don't care that they have second jobs do it right to stop doing it.
And the pops and parts of the reg you can still see the old splash pattern on the finish these guys are clowns and I will go elsewhere to get my next gun anno'd
But they have a reputation in south jersey now as a place that will take waaaay too long, mess it up the first time and finally get it right in the end. The frustration I have is that after two annos I probably couldn't send it out again to see if I can finally get what I really wanted.

They missed deadline after deadline on my Ego, and couldn't even be bothered to call me or send an email they just let the day go by. And when I would get someone on the phone they would sound annoyed that I was calling about my marker that was supposed to be done...HELLO you have my $1,000+ marker and I paid in full for the work, the least you could do is sound like you are sorry.
When I went to the shop to pick my marker up, they didn't even apologize and then when I picked it up after them TELLING me it was ready I walk into the store and they say....oh we aren't happy with one of the barrel backs the anno didn't take and we have to do it again.
One year later and I'd love to have the gun re-done to look the way I wanted it to, but I don't know if it could be re-annodized for a 3rd time and not leak.
The thing that pisses me off is that the splash DID turn out great when I finally got it back, and people love the gun when I play with it on the field, but its just not what I wanted and that kills me. The guy that does the anno work knows what he is doing, but everything else is broken with them.

Get a white rag and rub it with something along WD-40 first and see what comes off. There shouldnt be a residue at all once its sealed, the idea behind the sealer it to coat in the dye over the pores created during the anodizing process. Even on a matte finish.

Well all my parts are officially destroyed. They took so much material off screws just fall out, cant even grab the threads.
20+ parts .
