Honestly however much you want to get out of it. If $200 is fine post it for that. If the gun is worth $1,000 to you then post it for that. Don't let everyone else selling dictate what you sell yours for.

The gun was a left behind at my field the guy hasn't came back so the field owner said he will sell it to me but we don't know the price it's worth now.

Ah. In that case they can range anywhere from $200 to about $375 depending on condition and upgrades. Since the field owner did not lose any money purchasing the marker and neither one of you knows if it has any underlying problems, I would spend $250 MAX on it. I wouldn't go north of $200 personally. The field owner should not complain, he is getting a free $200.

230-275 is average resale being pretty stock. Ups wont add much value anyway when you can pick up a vice for a bit more.

I would assume that have called and contacted the person before doing this.
What's gonna happen when the guy comes back looking for his marker?

I'd be pissed if I found out that a field owner sold my gun, even if I was a doofus and left it there. The owner may not have checked his gearbag, and therefore not know it's missing yet. Sounds sketchy to me.

The guy that left it hasn't played in like 3 years and it been sitting there for well 3 years, I'm sure the owner contacted him considering he used to play on the team. And also there is a sign thats states gear left for month than 30 days will be sold

Yeah, I'd definitely say if its actually 3 years that you're in the clear. Even 30 days seems a bit short. I've gone months at a time without looking at my gearbag. But a year, let alone multiple years, is the fault of the original owner.

Plenty of time for the original owner to claim it. Spend $200 and enjoy you new gun.
