I just got this gun in a trade I was told it had a leak down the barrle but I found the real culprit its a ball bearing on the side of the solenoid how do I fix this problem or do I just buy another solenoid housing for it

Carefully remove the check ball and give a good clean. If that doesn't do the trick, try this.....

Nope it not the red ball it the one on the out side of the solenoid (ball bearing)

You'll need to replace the manifold housing. (The black part of the solenoid that everything goes into).

Contact your nearest Regional Service Center and they can help.

Yah i had the same problem. I had the gun teched and the same part had to get replaced. The tech told me the reason it broke in the first place was because of over pressurizing the gun.

so this geo that i got in a trsde from somebody probably over pressed the solenoid and couldn't fix it and traded me for my axe oh well my gain just waiting on the new part

I'm curios on how you'll make out. Nothing is worse than trading a good gun for a bummed one. But rest assured, once you have your GEO up and running you will never go back

any word yet on the solenoid housing repair? my geo i just picked up is leaking on the same side through the small access view/hole to see the spool valve
