But the real reason is probably more like people who buy the premium brands are paying for that service. Its not that the dealers who sell the economy brands assume all their customers are poor. When you go to BMW and pay $250 for a service, you get a nice waiting area, maybe free food, courtesy shuttle or loaner. At honda you might not get all that. At honda the service is probably < $100.

Standard used to be 1/8. There used to not even be any negotiating involved, leases just said "the standard 1/8 royalty"
Now days 3/16 tends to be the minimum, but I still see 1/8 occasionally. If it's a really hot area you can get them up to 1/4.

Don't do it.
Also, by "the city" I assume you're talking about New York since that's the only one that matters. Otherwise I'd rather live down south.

It's a bit of this and a bit of the dealership needs to meet the customers expectations

One plus of the dealership I bought from is they own luxury dealerships all over DFW. So if the infiniti dealership is out, they can just call their lexus dealership across the street and see if they have any.

On some of the land we own they pull natural gas out. We get a couple thousand a month from it. But they have to split that between the 15 or so land properties out there. A couple thousand a month and we had to nothing to get it. It's nice.

Nah. Bahston.
Also bought new shoes yesterday. Tried some on. They were somewhat fancy. And amazingly comfortable. It was like a revelation. Was about to get them, but then asked how much they cost. Have less comfortable shoes now, lol.
Eventually I will get them. Would love to have comfortable dress shoes.

No. So far I believe all my shoes are rubber sole. I think I had wood at one point but they sucked. The particular ones I had, at least. The ones I tried on were leather sole and also I believe rubber sole "driving moccasin." I think the leather sole one was my favorite. I have a much cheaper driving moc from rockport that I like a lot and was only like $80.

I had rockports and they were uncomfortable as ****. These cheapo dockers look good and are padded as hell inside. Me gusta.

Applied for another yob and have an interview tomorrow. I would have slightly longer hours and have to do a bit more work than I do now but its a massive pay increase. Probably won't get it but might as well give it a shot.

I have 3 pairs. The dress shoes I have by them suck. Other pair of shoes is ok. I really like the mocs.
I now have a new pair of eccos to replace the rockport dress shoes. Will see how they feel after counting inventory on wednesday in a giant *** warehouse.

Upoor but it has to be better that that secretary job. Vote Romney, get your parents that tax break so you have even less effective tax rate and live off of them.
